College Hoops Fantasy · 2026-27
Draft the schools. Win the week.
Draft 14 college teams, start 10 of them every week, and go head to head with a friend. Every win pays its margin, and the margin counts double against the best teams in the country. Every loss costs you, and a bad loss costs the most. Conference tournament titles cash in, and when March comes the top seeds and two Championship Week survivors fight it out over the NCAA Tournament.
How scoring works
The opponent's LSS rank and where the game was played set its tier, and the tier sets what a win pays and what a loss costs.

NCAA Tournament win (March finale)10
First Four win (March finale)1
- A win pays its margin, doubled against the best teams: 2 points for every point of margin against a Q1 opponent, 1.5 against Q2, 1 against Q3 and 0.5 against Q4.
- The margin counts up to 20 and no one game pays more than 30, so a Q1 win maxes out at 30 with a 15-point margin and a Q4 blowout tops out at 10.
- Losses cost you, and they sting more against the weak: 1 point to a Q1 team, 2.5 to Q2, 3.5 to Q3 and 5 to Q4. Lose to a school outside Division I and it costs 8.
- Win a conference tournament and you bank 5 more.
- In the NCAA finale every win is worth 10 and a First Four win is worth 1. Losses in March cost nothing.
- Start up to 10 schools a week. Leave a slot empty if you like; it just scores nothing.
- Each school locks for the week at its first tip, so you can keep shuffling until the ball goes up. A school with no game that week never locks.
- Week 1 runs Sunday, Nov 1 to Sunday, Nov 8. Every week after that runs Monday to Sunday, Eastern.
- A game against a team without a rank yet scores as Q4 and gets corrected once the rank lands.
- The cut grows with the league: in 8 to 10 team leagues, top 4 auto-qualify, seeds 5-10 race through Championship Week for 2 spots; in 11 to 20, top 6 auto-qualify, seeds 7-20 race through Championship Week for 2 spots.
